What the Words Mean

A quick guide for anything above that isn't obvious:

Your plan
A written plan toward your dream practice, built from your assessment: where you're going, and what has to happen each quarter to get there.
Project UP
The data behind your plan. It includes numbers you can't get anywhere else, such as Exam Only rate — the share of patients who leave with an exam and buy nothing else — and Time Between Exams — how long your regular patients go between visits. Longer gaps mean fewer visits per patient each year.
Your advisor
The person matched to you after your assessment, who has lived it inside a practice.
90-day cycles
With Growth and Partner, choose a system, install it with our support, measure the result in Project UP, and reset the plan every three months.
