Sarah began her career in 1991 in the healthcare industry working with companies to effectively evaluate the health plan marketplace and develop competitive health benefit programs and strategies for employers and employees. She prepared and conducted formal employee seminars for employers as well as developed and presented training seminars for health care benefit consultants as part of the implementation process.
She joined the optometric industry in 1994 working for a major contact lens manufacturer. During her tenure, she worked with private optometric practices educating doctors and staff on how to increase sales, practice management skills while developing many long term relationships with leading Eye Care Specialists. Internally, she also served as field sales trainer, motivating and training representatives to enhance and sharpen their sales skills.
Her positive and enthusiastic attitude combined with her experience in the optometric community is a winning combination to help our clients implement their customized practice plans and attain their goals. She has been nicknamed “the Bulldog” by many for her dedication to ensure clients are staying on task and power their dreams.
