Meet Ginger
Dr. Ginger Coley and her husband Dr. Greg Coley owned a private practice in Murfreesboro, TN since 1989.
They joined The Power Practice as clients in 2012, hoping to break through a plateau and increase their enjoyment of their business. They worked to build a strong team and an awesome practice culture, while remaining focused on the metrics and numbers of the business. With a keen eye for design and merchandising, Ginger looked for ways to ensure patients have a very memorable experience…creating raving fans, one at a time! Under Ginger’s compassionate leadership, the practice quickly began to achieve the desired growth and become a place filled with joy and happiness…a place that staff and patients alike enjoy being a part of.
In 2020, the Coleys sold their practice, and Ginger accepted a role as a Power Practice consultant, using her own experience to help doctors around the country who have similar goals. She is always excited to have the opportunity to “pay it forward” and help others, as she was helped many years ago.
Outside of work, Dr. Coley enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and entertaining. She has found the key to a good work-life balance!
