Allie joined the Power Practice in 2013, bringing with her 20+ years of retail management experience. Having held various positions from Merchandiser to General Manager and everything in between, she has a skill set that brings a new and fresh perspective to her clients. While working for Ann Taylor, she ran stores grossing over 10 Million Dollars with staff sizes of more than 50 associates.
Allie wears quite a few hats at the Power Practice but her passion is working closely with clients as an implementation coach. She applies her past success in building high-performance teams to inspire her clients, focusing on the importance of creating a positive practice culture. Once that culture is set, it creates an environment that allows for an exceptional patient experience, which she believes is the key to a successful, profitable optometry practice.
Other specialties include financial analysis, on-boarding, merchandising, training and development, website analysis, and social media marketing.
Originally from New Jersey, Allie earned a BS degree from the University of Delaware and attended their nationally-recognized merchandising program. She lived for many years in Maryland and now resides in South Florida. When she’s not working, you can find her at Hot Yoga, hanging with her family and friends, or just chilling by the pool with a good book.
