On-Site Practice Building Consulting Services

Unlike other consulting companies, our program has two important differences.

1. One of our consultants visits your office.

2. Dr. Gerber personally analyzes the data from your office and is solely responsible for coordinating your action plan and profitability program. All follow-up questions are personally answered by him - usually within ONE HOUR.

That means you'll learn how to build your practice from someone who has been "in the trenches" with patients for more than 20 years and has built one of the most successful practices on earth. It make sense that your optometric consultant should be a successful optometrist.

Your program starts by you completing a detailed practice profile. Once we analyze it, we will contact you to work together on a strategy and overall game plan of how we can help you meet your practice building goals.

Next, one of our consultants will spend about two days in YOUR office (there is no need to visit ours).

A detailed action plan, customized for your practice, will be sent to you giving very specific details and deadlines of how, when and where you should be building your practice. This plan includes unlimited follow-up calls.
